How it Works

Student can be a member of a school by three ways.

  1. Student can be imported by the School at the time of its registration. When the student is imported by a School, he becomes a member of that school and will get an email with the login details. However, he needs to update his profile after login.
  2. Student can be invited by the School anytime to join. Student will get an invitation email that contain a link to signup page.
  3. Student can also signup himself.
  4. Student need to submit his parents/guardian's information whenever he signup or he is imported or invited by a school.
  5. Student can never get registered without any parents/guardian.

1. Student Signup Page

When a student will signup he needs to run the School Site URL correctly. He can get that from the school authority. The general format of that URL is http://[school_name].sahledu.com. The word [school_name] will be replaced by the word that school will provide you. Following fields are required during Signup:

  1. Student's First Name: Enter first name of the student here
  2. Student's Last Name: Enter last name of the student here
  3. Student's Email Address: Enter email address of the student.
  4. Student's Class/Grade: Select the grade from drop down list where the student read in.
  5. Username: Enter a username which will be treated as part of your login credentials.
  6. Password: Enter a password which will be your key to login your site.

Following fields are required to enter parents/guardian's information:

  1. Guardian's Name: Enter full name of the parents/guardian
  2. Guardian's Email Address: Enter email address of the parents/guardian
  3. Guardian's Contact No: Enter phone no of the parents/guardian.

Following fields are important to get your address details but not mandatory:

  1. Address: Enter your street address.
  2. City: Enter the name of the city where you are live in.
  3. State: Enter the state where your location.
  4. Country: Choose the name of the country from the given list where your residence is situated.
  5. Zipcode: Enter the post office pin code of your address.
  6. Phone No: Enter your contact number here.

After giving all information press the SUBMIT button. If the registration is done successfully, an email will be sent to the student and parents both in their respective email address with login information details. Student will be redirected to the school activity page.


2. Student already imported

Student can login to the School Site by clicking on the given link sent to him through email. However, he needs to update the following fields before going to the school activity page.

  1. Student's First Name: Enter first name of the student here
  2. Student's Last Name: Enter last name of the student here
  3. Student's Class/Grade: Select the grade from drop down list where the student read in.
  4. Guardian's Name: Enter full name of the parents/guardian
  5. Guardian's Contact No: Enter phone no of the parents/guardian.
  6. Password: Enter a password which will be your key to login your site.

Following fields are important to get your address details but not mandatory:

  1. Address: Enter your street address.
  2. City: Enter the name of the city where you are live in.
  3. State: Enter the state where your location.
  4. Country: Choose the name of the country from the given list where your residence is situated.
  5. Zipcode: Enter the post office pin code of your address.
  6. Phone No: Enter your contact number here.

After giving all information press the SUBMIT button. Student will be redirected to the school activity page.

This is the School's Activity page where student will be redirected after login.


4. Login or Signup

This is the Login page from where a student can Login or Signup.
